Roles and Responsibilities
- CAD experience with robust technical drawing understanding is mandatory
- Design and develop 2D/3D models using CAD software for industrial equipment components
- Conduct quality control checks on designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Good understanding of engineering fundamentals related to furniture construction and materials
- Assist in interim quality checks to ensure carpenter-built components meet design specifications
- Support inspection of furniture for parameters
- Assist in conducting load testing and dimensional checks under guidance
- Work closely with production and design teams to identify and report quality issues
- Maintain records of inspections and basic quality documentation
- Exposure to lab testing or material testing is an added advantage
