The Opportunity
Join our Finance team as a CA Industrial Trainee and gain a front-row seat to how a Tata-backed, fast-scaling company plans, reports, and grows from 10x to 100x.
You'll work directly with finance leaders and business heads on real strategic problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Book Closure
- Assist in monthly and year-end book closure activities.
- Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Support fixed asset accounting and depreciation workings.
- Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Assist in preparation of of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C).
- Support GST reconciliations between books and GSTR-2B/GSTR-1.
- Assist in preparation of TDS returns and related reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting
- Support preparation of financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules and notes to accounts.
- Business Finance
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis between budget and actuals.
- Support preparation of business performance dashboards and financial analysis.
