Job Role CA Foundation Faculty

- Deliver engaging and concept-focused lectures to CA Foundation students.
- Teach one or more CA Foundation subjects according to the institute's academic requirements.
- Explain complex concepts clearly and help students develop a robust subject foundation.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Mentor students and provide guidance for ICAI examinations.
- Track student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Identify areas where students require additional support and conduct necessary revision sessions.
- Maintain academic standards and ensure effective completion of the prescribed syllabus.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and interactive sessions for students.
- Stay updated with changes in the CA Foundation syllabus, examination pattern, and ICAI guidelines.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Qualified CA or CA Semi-Qualified.
- Strong subject knowledge in one or more CA Foundation subjects.
- Prior CA Foundation teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students effectively.
- Good mentoring and student-management skills.
