Role Description

We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer for a full time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across C++ Development, Software Engineering, Systems Programming, Application Development, Multithreading, Algorithms, Linux, APIs, and Performance Optimization .

The C++ Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, automation, operations, production, engineering, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, and improve reliable software applications and technology solutions.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in C++ development, software engineering, systems programming, application development, embedded software, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as C++ Software Engineer, C++ Developer, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Application Developer, Embedded Software Engineer, Firmware Engineer, Backend Developer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services,



product companies, SaaS, technology, automotive, telecom, electronics, industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, fintech, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of C and/or C++ programming .
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, memory management, pointers, and software-development fundamentals .
- Familiarity with STL, templates, smart pointers, exception handling, and modern C++ standards such as C++11/14/17/20 will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and asynchronous programming will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows, command-line tools, and operating-system fundamentals will be beneficial.
- Exposure to GCC, Clang, Visual Studio, CMake, Make, or similar build and development tools will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, TCP/IP, sockets, IPC, networking, or system integration will be beneficial depending on the project.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Git, GitHub, GitLab, version control, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as GDB, Valgrind, Visual Studio Debugger, profiling tools, or static-analysis tools will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Qt, Boost, OpenCV, embedded systems, IoT, robotics, or industrial automation will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or other programming languages will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment .
- Internship, C++ project, GitHub project, hackathon, competitive-programming experience, embedded project, academic project, or freelance work will be considered but is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn new C++, systems, software, automation, and engineering technologies.
