About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate new business opportunities, build solid client relationships, and drive sales for our IT solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Pitch and promote Website Development, Digital Marketing, ERP, School Management System, Mobile Apps, and IT Services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings and product/service presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.




- Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / IT Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to communicate with business owners, directors, schools, and corporate clients.
- Strong convincing and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
