What are we looking for 10 - 14 years of progressive finance experience, with significant time in FPA or finance business partneringDemonstrated experience leading or playing a senior role in a finance transformation, ERP,EPM implementation, or large-scale process improvement initiativeExperience in a complex, multi-entity, or multinational environment preferredPrior people management experience required; experience managing managers a plus

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and deliver FPA transformation workstreams, including process redesign,



system implementation, and operating model changeDefine and champion the future-state vision for planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the enterprisePartner with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation priorities with business strategyDrive adoption of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working; develop change management plans and training to support embeddingOversee the development of the annual budget, multi-year strategic plan, and rolling forecastsDeliver high-quality financial reporting, variance analysis, and forward-looking commentary for senior leadership and the BoardTranslate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisionsIdentify risks and opportunities in the financial plan and proactively surface them to leadershipStandardize and automate reporting and forecasting processes to reduce cycle times and improve accuracyDevelop scalable data models and financial frameworks that support business growth and complexityEstablish governance and controls around planning processes and outputsDevelop and implement complimenting Agentic ,GenAI solutions for FPA as a function and to compliment existing client landscape like Anaplan , OneStream etc Manage and develop a team of FPA analysts and managers, building capability and fostering a high-performance cultureAct as a trusted business partner to commercial, operations, and functional leadersInfluence without authority across a matrixed organization; build solid relationships at all levelsKey transformation workstreams delivered on time and embedded in the businessImproved forecast accuracy and reduced planning cycle timesFPA team operating as a high-value business partner, not just a reporting function
