1. https://www.digit.org/ About the Role The Business Systems Analyst (Global Delivery) acts as the strategic bridge between external public-sector stakeholders (e.g., Ministries of Health, implementation partners) and core engineering teams. This role will drive the end-to-end implementation of the open-source DIGIT platform across international deployments, converting complex country health campaigns and public workflows into scalable technical specifications, intuitive process flows, and high-impact digital solutions.
This position will be based in Bangalore and with periodic travel to partner locations in India and Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Functional Spec: Map current-state and future-state workflows into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FRS), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), and UML models. Design wireframes and process flows using Figma or Balsamiq to visualize solutions for partners.
- Agile Solution Delivery: Translate complex partner needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlog prioritization, and evaluate Change Requests (CRs) against critical campaign deadlines and scope.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Negotiation: Lead technical discussions, product demos, and solution proposals with Ministry of Health (MoH) partners and internal product teams. Drive agreement on technological recommendations by clearly articulating business value and trade-offs.
- Data Analytics & Impact Monitoring: Establish Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E;) campaign metrics, design reporting dashboards, and extract insights from system data to write case studies, measure platform adoption, and inform future product roadmap decisions.
- Testing, Training & Adoption: Write functional test cases alongside QA teams, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, obtain formal client sign-offs, and produce user manuals and SOPs to drive ground-level adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a quantitative field. Master’s degree in Management, Public Health, or Engineering preferred.
- Qualified Certifications: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis), PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience delivering mid-to-large-scale digital implementations end-to-end. Experience with public sector, global health, or e-Governance platforms is highly preferred.
- Technical Capabilities: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, SQL, wireframing tools (Figma/Balsamiq), process modeling (UML, BPMN), and advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills; proven ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments; exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills; willingness to travel globally on short notice.

Product Solutioning
- Responsible for enhancing the quality of IT solutions delivered, analyzing data to influence decision making, and finding technological solutions to business needs.
- Able to negotiate and gain agreement, with external stakeholders (MoH/ partners) and internal teams, on technology recommendations by clearly articulating the benefits.
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and present to stakeholders when necessary.
- Interact between customer and development team and convert the client requirements into user stories for the development team and identify test cases for UAT.
- Identify the processes and technology solutions required to implement recommendations.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders for requirements, product demos, UAT sessions and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution implementation and conduct thorough testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Design intuitive mockups using tools like Figma or Balsamiq and create clear process flows to support solution visualization and stakeholder alignment.
- CR Management: Prioritize UAT feedback based on critical health campaign requirements and implementation timelines to ensure timely and effective change request management.
Data Analysis
- Analyze data to enable generation of meaningful insights.
- Generate evidence from data analysis for case studies, external presentations, product improvement and usage reports.
- Identify different monitoring and evaluation metrics that enable effective management of campaigns using dashboards/reports.
- Train end users on product usage and drive adoption on the ground.
- Understand what enhancements would lead to better user adoption, and document the recommendations to drive the product roadmap.
Documentation
- Create requirements specifications, training manuals, plans for UAT/ training sessions, SOPs, etc.
Project Management
- Manage solution development life cycle by running agile ceremonies
- Familiarity with project management tools and practices
