Role Overview

This role is for a Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience, preferably with strong exposure to the Capital Markets domain. The candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements while understanding workflows, business rules, validations, and approval processes. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, development, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly learn new products and domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from capital market stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Analyze existing workflows, business processes, business rules, validations, and approval mechanisms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve gaps, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and other requirement documentation.




- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
- Review functional solutions and validate them against approved business requirements.
- Support QA teams by preparing acceptance criteria, clarifying requirements, and assisting with defect resolution.
- Identify process improvements and recommend effective solutions based on business and system analysis.
- Independently manage requirements, stakeholder communication, and deliverables while quickly learning recent products and capital market domains.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience with Capital Market Experience.
- Strong requirement gathering and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working with development and QA teams.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to understand workflows, business rules, validations, roles, and approval processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently interact with stakeholders and drive requirement clarifications.
- Willingness and ability to learn a new product/domain quickly.
