WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES EXECUTIVE

TDS Productions is looking for a smart, driven, and results-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive who can take ownership of bringing new business to the company—from finding the right leads to converting them into paying clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Identify and generate recent business leads through networking, social media, cold outreach, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and pitch the right creative, branding, video production, and digital solutions.
- Take leads through the complete sales cycle — Lead Generation → Pitch → Follow-up → Negotiation → Conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Research businesses and identify opportunities where TDS Productions can add value.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitches in coordination with the internal team.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Keep track of competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.

? What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
- Someone who is smart, proactive, confident, and hungry to close deals.
- Ability to understand the creative/media/branding/production industry and communicate its value to clients.
- Robust networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and conversions.
- Existing industry contacts/network will be a major advantage.
