Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate who can connect with potential customers, understand their business problems, explain how Yeti can help them and convert interested prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand each prospect’s business, requirements and challenges.
- Explain and demonstrate Yeti’s features in simple language.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call notes, follow-up dates and lead updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and customer success teams after closing a customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Share customer feedback and common objections with the product and marketing teams.
