About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and business-oriented individual to work with us as a Business Operations & Strategy Consultant on a part-time basis.

The role will involve working closely with the management and Operations Manager to improve business processes, track operational performance, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the management and Operations Manager on ongoing business activities.
- Prepare MIS, operational and business performance reports for management review.
- Analyse operational data and identify areas for improvement.
- Track KPIs, costs, performance and ongoing projects.
- Assist in developing and improving SOPs, processes and internal systems.
- Support management in business planning, market research and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and other stakeholders when required.
- Handle on-site public/client interactions and represent the company professionally.
- Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely coordination between teams.
- Conduct basic competitor and market analysis and present actionable insights.
- Assist the management in evaluating new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For
- MBA pursuing candidates or MBA graduates preferred.
- Candidates with a background in Business Management, Operations, Strategy, Finance or Marketing are preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors and people on-site.
- Ability to independently prepare reports and present findings to management.
- Practical, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Prior internship/work experience in operations, consulting, business strategy or management will be an advantage.

- Patiala, Punjab or Chandigarh Tricity preferred.
- This is a part-time role, with flexibility depending on the candidate's availability and ongoing requirements.
- The role will involve a combination of analytical/reporting work and occasional on-site business interactions.
