What You’ll Be Doing
Forget fetching coffee—you’ll be holding the keys to our operational backbone. You will:
- Power the Pipeline: Execute system updates and keep our internal platforms running without a hitch.
- Master the Data: Manage bulk database uploads, organize customer inputs, and keep our asset repositories crystal clear.
- Wrangle the Spreadsheets: Build, clean, and track daily operational dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Bridge the Gap: Keep communication and files flowing seamlessly between our field photographers and editing teams.
- Fix the Friction: Spot bugs, suggest workflow hacks, and help make picture delivery lightning-fast.
What We’re Looking For
- Data-Savvy: You actually like spreadsheets, shortcuts, and keeping raw information neat.
- Detail-Obsessed: You spot an missing upload or broken entry before anyone else does.
- Quick Learner: You pick up new software, admin tools, and workflows quickly.
