About the role

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Business Manager to lead the business operations of our MPC (Multi-Party Computation) project. This role bridges strategy, business development, operations, and executive communication, ensuring that the technical team's verified achievements are translated into meaningful business outcomes. You will work closely with executive leadership, community partners, and cross-functional teams while producing board-level documentation, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the project's market growth.

Mission

Own the business side of the MPC project by leading partner and community communication, producing executive-level business documentation, and driving market execution so that the engineering team's verified work translates into measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce board-quality business documents, including:

- Executive reports

- Strategic proposals

- Deep market research

- C-level executive summaries

- Critical evaluations supported by primary evidence

- Maintain a high documentation standard aligned with internal executive reporting benchmarks.

- Manage communication with community leaders, strategic partners, internal stakeholders, and Korean headquarters.

- Deliver accurate, timely, and evidence-based business reports.

- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity across business documentation, legal-adjacent drafting, financial analysis, and operational workflows while independently verifying every fact and figure.

- Support business development and growth initiatives through defensible market research and competitive analysis.

- Ensure every recommendation, conclusion,



and business claim is backed by reliable and verifiable sources.

- Collaborate across business, legal, finance, product, and engineering teams to drive execution.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Business Operations, Strategy, or Founder/Operator roles.

- Experience within FinTech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, or Financial Services is strongly preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Comfortable working directly with Korean headquarters and executive leadership across multiple time zones.

- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality business documents and executive presentations.

- Proven business impact through completed projects, partnerships, negotiations, or operational achievements that can be presented during the hiring process.

- Solid sense of ownership, accountability, and execution.

- AI-native working style with the ability to leverage AI tools responsibly while verifying all outputs.

- Willing to relocate to Bangalore for approximately three months during the initial onboarding period.

- Available to start within 30 days.

Requirements

Candidates will not proceed if they do not meet the following:

- Minimum 7 years of Business Development, Business Operations, or Founder/Operator experience

- Fluent business-level English communication

- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for approximately three months during onboarding

- Ability to present previous business documents, executive reports, proposals, or completed business deals (demonstrated, not described)

- Availability to work the required KST schedule

- Ability to join within 30 days
