Role Overview

Ananth Technologies is looking for a Business Management Analyst to work closely with the leadership of its business groups. The role will support management with business performance tracking, MIS, planning, analysis, decision support and cross-functional coordination.

The position is intended for a high-potential MBA candidate who can combine analytical ability with a good understanding of business and operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain the business groups MIS and management dashboards covering revenue, orders, margins, billing, collections, project status and key operational metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for the Group Head and senior management.
- Track performance against budgets, forecasts and business targets, and highlight key deviations and risks.
- Maintain visibility of major projects, including milestones, delivery schedules, profitability and customer dependencies.
- Track the business development pipeline, tenders, expected orders and major customer opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting,



revenue forecasting and business planning.
- Conduct business, market, competitor, pricing and profitability analysis as required.
- Prepare business cases for new products, investments, capex and strategic initiatives.
- Track management action items and coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales for closure.
- Prepare management presentations and analytical reports to support decision-making.

Candidate Profile

- MBA with robust analytical and business aptitude.
- Engineering or technical background preferred.
- Fresh MBA graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with data, identify issues and convert analysis into actionable insights.
- Strong ownership, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Interest in aerospace, defence, space and technology businesses.
