Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving the overall growth, profitability, and strategic direction of Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees business operations, client portfolio management, and the alignment of digital marketing, web development, and SEO services with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting revenue and growth targets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across projects and engagements.

The Business

Head will build and manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop proposals and pitches for potential partners. The role also involves monitoring market trends,



optimizing internal processes, mentoring team leads, and fostering a collaborative, performance-focused work culture.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, consulting, or technology services, with responsibility for business strategy, revenue growth, and P&L; management.
- Strong expertise in core business domains such as client relationship management, sales and business development, and account management within a digital or tech-driven environment.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, design, and operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and go-to-market initiatives, particularly for sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, Fashion & Apparel, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, Retail, or Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to performance measurement, process improvement, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Chennai, with a hands-on approach to mentoring team members and driving organizational growth.
