? Location: Surat, Gujarat

? Client: Confidential | Leading Textile Manufacturing Group

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Head – Weaving to lead the complete business vertical of one of our established clients in the textile manufacturing industry.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can take complete responsibility for the business from P&L; and production to sales, customer relationships, operational efficiency, and growth strategy.

? Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of the Weaving Division's P&L;
- Drive revenue, EBITDA, profitability, working capital, and overall business performance
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies
- Identify opportunities for capacity utilization, margin improvement, and business expansion
- Oversee end-to-end weaving operations and production planning
- Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the weaving business
- Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners
- Identify new markets, customers, and product opportunities
- Monitor market trends, pricing, competition, and customer requirements
- Build a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement
- Identify new business opportunities and product segments
- Drive cross-functional coordination between production, sales, purchase, finance, and quality




- Present business performance, challenges, and growth plans to senior management
- Build systems and processes that enable the vertical to scale sustainably

? What We're Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in the textile industry, preferably in weaving/textile manufacturing
- Proven experience managing a business unit / weaving division / manufacturing vertical
- Strong understanding of P&L; management and financial performance
- Good knowledge of weaving operations, production planning, quality, and productivity
- Strong commercial and business development orientation
- Experience managing large teams and cross-functional functions
- Solid analytical, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work closely with promoters / senior management and independently drive the business
