At WAHE, we’re building a modern jewellery brand from the ground up.

And we’re looking for a Business Generalist who wants to be part of that journey.

This is not a typical role where you do the same thing every day.

As a generalist, you will work across different parts of the business and learn how a company actually gets built.

You might work on

- Business and market research
- Marketing and social media
- Customer experience
- Sales and business development
- Operations and coordination
- Vendor and partner management
- Competitor research
- Data, reports and analysis
- Recent projects and business initiatives
- Working directly with the founders on important projects

Some days you may be working on a marketing idea.

Some days you may be solving an operational problem.

Some days you may be researching a new business opportunity.

And sometimes, you may be asked to figure out something you have never done before.

That’s the point.

We are looking for someone who is curious, sharp, organised and willing to take ownership.

You don’t need to know everything.

You need to be willing to learn, ask the right questions and figure things out.





Who should apply?

Fresher / 0 to 1 year experience

You should

- Communicate well
- Think logically
- Be comfortable with numbers and Excel
- Have good attention to detail
- Be curious about businesses and brands
- Take initiative
- Be comfortable working in a fast moving environment
- Have the attitude to get things done

Most importantly, we want someone who doesn’t say:

“That’s not my job.”

We want someone who says:

“Let’s figure it out.”
