ExecutionZ is building something different, and we're looking for someone to help build the GTM motion from zero.

This is not a conventional SDR or Pre-Sales role .

You'll work closely with the founder to identify the right businesses, start conversations, understand their real problems, and help turn those conversations into paid business diagnoses.

What you'll do

- Research and identify the right B2B businesses and decision-makers
- Cold call, email and use LinkedIn for outreach
- Conduct discovery conversations with founders and business owners, both remotely and in person
- Travel regularly to meet business owners on-site and conduct business discussions and ExecutionZ Intelligence diagnoses
- Present diagnosis findings and help move qualified opportunities toward a paid diagnosis
- Follow up consistently and maintain the CRM
- Test ICPs, messaging, channels and approaches
- Use AI heavily for research, analysis, prospecting and workflow improvement
- Help build a repeatable GTM and sales process as we learn what works





What we're looking for 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS, Consulting, Solutions/Pre-Sales, Growth or GTM.

You should be comfortable with:

- Speaking directly with founders and business owners
- Regularly travelling to meet businesses and business owners in person
- Cold outreach and rejection
- Conducting conversations independently
- Working without an established playbook
- Testing and changing your approach based on results
- Taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions

Robust communication, curiosity and commercial thinking are essential.

Compensation

₹40,000–₹60,000/month + performance incentive

Location & Travel

Remote-based role, preferably from Chennai, but regular travel is an essential part of the job.
