Internal Process Reporting & Audit, Training & onboarding current employees (Classroom Training + On Job Training) & coaching also Training to Internal Team (RM,TM etc) & Captains, Performance
Measurement & Management, Proper Implementation of
Compliance , Issue reporting & resolution, Service excellence,
Monitoring of processes related to sales & Revenue.
