To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the position of Business Finance Controller Metal- Finance, Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the Metal division.
- Drive divisional MIS, financial dashboards, performance reviews, and Board presentations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, governance, and internal control requirements.




- Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor performance against targets and recommend timely corrective actions.
- Strengthen financial controls, risk-management practices, and audit compliance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Drive digital transformation and process improvement across finance operations.

Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential; first-attempt CA preferred or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 60% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential;
- A maximum gap of one year is allowed either between Class 12 and Graduation or between Graduation and Post-Graduation.
- 7 years of relevant experience in business finance, financial planning and analysis, or divisional controlling roles.
