Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to U.S.-based businesses and introduce our business opportunity.

- Speak with business owners or decision-makers to understand their interest and identify potential opportunities.

- Clearly explain the basic value proposition and answer initial questions.

- Qualify interested prospects based on their business, location, and level of interest.

- Generate genuine interest and secure the next step for qualified prospects.

- Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up information.

- Work closely with the sales manager, who will handle qualified prospects through the closing process.

- Follow up with prospects when required and ensure interested leads are properly handed over.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent spoken English with robust communication skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to U.S. businesses.

- Confident, persuasive,



and comfortable speaking with business owners.

- Strong objection-handling and conversational skills.

- Sales, telecalling, lead generation, or B2B experience is preferred.

- Ability to quickly understand a business offering and communicate it clearly.

- Target-oriented and comfortable working with daily/weekly call and lead-generation goals.

- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM/data-entry skills.
