Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the representative will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, event catering, and local collaborations to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, and following up with prospective clients through calls, messages, and in-person meetings.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with partners, gathering market feedback, supporting promotional campaigns, and working closely with the operations and marketing teams to meet business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including managing pipelines and closing deals.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems is beneficial.
- Comfortable engaging with clients in person and over phone or digital channels.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
