Role Description The Business Development Partner role is an on-site position based in West Bengal, India. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote EBluesys’s web development and design services to prospective and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating terms to close deals.

Partner will collaborate closely with the technical and design teams to align proposals with client requirements and ensure explicit communication of service offerings. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting on business development activities, and contributing to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and deal negotiation.
- Account management and relationship-building skills to maintain long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical services in clear, accessible language.
- Basic understanding of website development, design, and digital solutions to effectively position EBluesys’s offerings.
- Analytical and research skills to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and coordinate between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with on-site work in West Bengal, India, and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT services, software, or digital agencies is preferred but not mandatory.
