Role Overview We are seeking a proactive sales professional to drive enterprise sales for our businesses.

The role involves a balanced focus on new customer acquisition (hunting) and existing account growth (farming) across enterprise and corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and enterprise networking
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts (Farming) to maximize revenue and increase wallet share
- Build relationships with client CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, Admin, and Finance stakeholders through meetings, presentations, demos and discovery sessions
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design, demos,



and Proof of Concepts (POCs) and creating recent markets
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures
- Prepare, track, and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM tools
- Ensure seamless handover to service and operations teams after order closure for smooth implementation Required Skills & Competencies
