SocialChap Events is looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Weddings, Corporate Events, Fashion Shows, Government Events, and Brand Activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their event requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, venues, hotels, and corporate partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless project handover.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Represent SocialChap Events at networking events and exhibitions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
- Freshers are also Welcome
- Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Weddings, or Corporate Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
