Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Bhopal . This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities in climate finance, carbon offset projects, and corporate sustainability partnerships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients & businesses,



preparing and delivering tailored proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts that align with Oyu Green’s impact and revenue goals. The role also involves managing pipeline, reporting on performance metrics, and representing Oyu Green at industry events and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in B2B or enterprise partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across regions and sectors.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, opportunity assessment, and revenue forecasting.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or a related field, additionally a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Prior experience in climate-related businesses, consulting, financial services, or social enterprises is highly beneficial.
