Drive identified initiatives in the branch to achieve the overall sales objectives.

Identify the critical issues of the branch affecting sales & take remedial action

Continuously monitoring the achievement of targets by keeping close check on monthly/weekly basis

Enhance branch productivity

Validate feedback and data and report it to the Zonal Head

Ensure sales targets for the branch are met in terms of sales from existing clients, returning clients and recent clients

Engage with all the Customers in the branch to ensure continuous business engagement

Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, competition activities, schemes, etc

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
