Suave Creators is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to own our end-to-end sales process for IT services, custom software, web development, CRM, and AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in international IT sales, Upwork bidding, outbound sales, client discovery calls, proposal preparation, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
You will also guide our existing sales executive, improve outreach strategies across cold calling, LinkedIn and email, identify the right target markets, and take responsibility for generating revenue.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of IT/software sales experience
- Proven experience closing international clients
- Robust Upwork bidding & proposal-writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
