We are urgently hiring for Business Development roles at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital.

Position: Business Development Executive to Manager level (Individual Contributor role, based on experience)





Location: Mumbai – Bhandup / Vikhroli / Mulund / Virar / Western Line / Central Line

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop strong doctor referral networks.
- Conduct regular meetings with doctors in the assigned territory.
- Drive doctor referral marketing and increase patient footfall.
- Organize eye awareness programs for the general public.
- Conduct eye screening camps with hospitals, clinics, chemists’ associations, and other groups.
- Ensure proper distribution and auditing of referral kits.
- Focus on increasing walk-ins and patient footfall at the hospital.
