Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and driving revenue growth for Boujee Media.

The Business Development Manager will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, track key performance metrics, and provide feedback on market trends and client expectations.

This role also involves representing Boujee Media at meetings, events,



and industry forums to strengthen the agency’s presence and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management to consistently drive current business opportunities.
- Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals within marketing, advertising, or related industries.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate creative, digital marketing, and branding solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Competence in market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Comfort working closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, content, performance marketing, web development) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency business development, account management, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
