About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B/enterprise sales within a PR, digital, advertising, media, or integrated communications agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and outbound outreach.

- Build and maintain relationships with brands, corporates, and key decision-makers.

- Lead client meetings, pitches, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant PR, digital, influencer marketing, branding, and communication solutions.

- Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular business reports.

- Coordinate with internal PR, creative, digital, and influencer teams for smooth execution.





- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

- Mandatory: Experience in a PR, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or Integrated Communications Agency.

- Proven track record of lead generation and closing high-value deals.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Good understanding of B2B/enterprise sales.

- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
