Business Development Manager (BDM) – Interior Industry | Delhi

We are looking for a smart, confident and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales, preferably from the Interior / Building Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet and build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants & PMCs.
- Work with an existing database of 4000+ Architects for business development and networking.
- Generate new business opportunities through project sales and direct institutional sales.
- Get products approved and specified for upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Handle client meetings, site visits and project coordination.
- Manage vendors and client requirements effectively.
- Prepare and understand BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers and key decision-makers.
- Use AI tools for networking, lead generation and database management.




- Drive business growth and achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in Business Development / Project Sales / Institutional Sales.
- Candidates from the Interior Industry / Building Materials / Architectural Products will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Positive personality with confidence to interact with Architects & Interior Designers.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of BOQ, project coordination and vendor management is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools for networking and database management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
