About Us

We build software for the event industry - ticketing, engagement, and analytics. We partner with organizers and brands to deliver seamless experiences.

The Role

Target-driven BDM to own the full sales cycle. Training to Hire program - 60 days (15 days classroom + 45 days on-job) with a revenue target of ₹2,00,000. Achieve it and move to a permanent role with high CTC.

Key Responsibilities

- Own sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Build relationships with organizers, sponsors, artists & influencers
- Present solutions and convert prospects into customers
- Close partnership deals including large-scale events
- Expand network in the events & entertainment sector

Experience & Compensation

- Experience: 5 to 8 years (Freshers with strong drive can apply)
- Training stipend (2 months): ₹50,000
- Post-training CTC (on target achievement): ₹10,00,000 per annum

- Prior sales/BD experience is a plus
