Role Overview

We are hiring sharp, quick-learning Business Development & Lead Generation Interns for our office in Kandivali West, Mumbai. In this role, you will reach out to small and medium-sized business owners in the United States during US shifts to pitch our recurring digital marketing solutions designed to generate more business for them.

Note: You do not need to close deals! Your sole responsibility is to find interested business owners, verify their interest, and seamlessly transfer the live call over to our closing team.

Shift Timings (Flexible Options Available)

- 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Time Zone alignment)
- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US-based small and medium business owners aligned with US time zone shifts.
- Present our digital marketing products clearly to spark interest and generate qualified leads.
- Quickly gauge a prospect's openness, verify interest, and hand off warm prospects to the closing team.




- Track daily outreach efforts and maintain basic lead logs.

Requirements & Skills

- Strong, clear, and professional English communication skills.
- Quick learner with an understanding of basic sales fundamentals and a hunger to grow.
- Highly disciplined, energetic, and eager to work in a target-driven environment.
- 100% committed to working on-site daily from our office located at First Floor, Room Number 01, BMC Building, Satya Nagar, Kandivali (West), Mumbai - 400074.
