Recfront provides technology staffing solutions to companies across the US and Canada - contract, contract-to-hire, and full time direct placement - backed by dedicated technical delivery teams based in India.

We're hiring a dedicated BD hire to build and own the North America new-business motion across both contract and full-time placement.

What you'll do

- Own full-cycle new business development across both contract/contingent and full-time direct-hire tech staffing in North America - prospecting, pitching, rate/fee negotiation, and closing
- Develop relationships with MSP and VMS programs to get Recfront onto approved-supplier panels for contract work - this means registering where relevant, but more importantly building real relationships with the business-side stakeholders who actually trigger supplier additions
- Build channel partnerships with System Integrators and larger staffing firms who need India delivery capacity for overflow or specialized contract work
- Work directly with the India delivery team to keep contract-engagement bench readiness aligned with active pipeline




- Structure and negotiate SOWs and rate cards for contract engagements, and placement fee terms for direct-hire searches

What we're looking for

- 8+ years in business development/sales within IT staffing - contract, permanent placement, or both.
- Existing relationships with MSP/VMS programs, System Integrators, or enterprise procurement functions are a strong plus
- A real track record of building a book of business from scratch - not just managing an inherited one
- Comfortable owning the full cycle across both contract and permanent placement: prospecting through negotiation through ongoing account management
- Early-stage energy: this is a build-it-from-scratch role, not an existing playbook to execute
