MedMarvel Software Solutions Pvt Ltd a deep-tech startup building AI-powered brain diagnostics that integrate seamlessly into existing clinical workflows.

Our platform helps doctors diagnose epilepsy seizure localization, neurodevelopmental (Autism) and neurodegenerative (Dementia/Alzheimer's) conditions earlier and more accurately — protecting children's cognitive development, closing gaps in women's health diagnosis, and helping adults return to work faster. Beyond the clinic, this reduces repeat scans, hospital stays, and out-of-pocket costs for families, while easing the long-term disability burden on the healthcare system.

Our work aligns closely with WHO's Global Action Plan on Epilepsy and UN SDGs 3, 5, 9, and 10 — particularly around equitable access to precision diagnostics beyond metro hospitals, where most of India's population currently has none.

Founded by a technologist with 18 years of enterprise healthcare IT experience and an AIIMS-trained epilepsy neurosurgeon with 1,100+ surgeries performed, MedMarvel sits at the intersection of engineering precision and clinical urgency. We're a small, fast-moving team solving a problem we've lived — not one we read about.

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, curious MBA intern to work directly with the founding team on business development — helping MedMarvel build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, neurosurgeons, diagnostic centers, and strategic partners across India and the USA. This is a high-ownership role: you won't be shadowing BD ; you'll be doing it.

What You'll Do

- Research and map target hospitals, neurology/neurosurgery departments, and health-tech partners across priority markets
- Support outreach and relationship-building with clinicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
- Assist in preparing pitch decks,



proposals, and partnership collateral for hospital and investor conversations
- Help structure and track the sales/partnership pipeline (CRM hygiene, follow-ups, meeting notes)
- Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis in medical imaging, neurotech, and clinical AI
- Support pilot program coordination with hospital partners — from first conversation to signed agreement
- Assist with content for conferences, medical events, and healthcare leadership forums
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives and go-to-market planning

Who We're Looking For

- Currently pursuing an MBA (or recently completed), preferably with a focus in healthcare, strategy, marketing, or general management
- Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with clinicians, hospital administrators, and senior stakeholders
- Sharp research and analytical ability; comfortable turning messy information into a clear recommendation
- Self-starter who's energized by ambiguity and early-stage pace, not intimidated by it
- Proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel; CRM familiarity is a plus
- Genuine interest in healthcare, med-tech, or health IT — prior internship/project experience in healthcare or B2B sales is a strong plus
- Based in or willing to work from Pune , with flexibility for occasional hospital/client visits
