Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire clients through Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and project scopes.
- Handle client communication, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Contribute to business growth and revenue generation.
Requirements and Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Development.
- Experience with Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of IT/software development services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
