Senior Business Development Executive – Trailspec Gears Pvt. Ltd. (Trawoc)

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Kakkanad, Cochin





Role Overview

We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to handle calls, convert leads, and drive sales for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls & handle inbound enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM.
- Upsell and cross-sell products when relevant.
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams.

Required Skills
- Fluency in English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and excellent follow-up ability.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email).

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High Sales Incentives (Strong earning potential).
