Business Development Executive – Project 4 You Project 4 You | Tecnobij Solutions

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow Project 4 You by generating leads, connecting with students and colleges, explaining our services, following up with prospects, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals and college outreach.
2. Connect with students and understand their project requirements.
3. Explain Project 4 You services and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
5. Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations.
6. Build relationships with students, faculty and colleges.
7.



Identify opportunities for workshops, internships, training and academic collaborations.
8. Maintain lead and sales records and provide regular sales updates.
9. Coordinate with the project/technical team after successful conversion.
10. Work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
