Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

- Explain product features, perks, and pricing clearly and persuasively.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.

- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate details of interactions.

- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification.

- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
