Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Executive – Funding & Financial Services for our Nagpur office.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities, connecting with business owners, startups and entrepreneurs, understanding their funding requirements, and presenting suitable CapNex solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calling, networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Identify clients requiring loans, grants, business funding or investor connections.
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and present suitable CapNex services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the finance team for documentation and client assessment.
- Maintain lead, pipeline and sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events and marketing activities.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of business finance, loans and financial services.
- Experience in B2B sales, banking, NBFC, DSA, fintech or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads and independently manage follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience1–3 years in Sales / Business Development / Financial Services preferred. LocationNagpur | Full-time | On-site
