Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing / IT Sales

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong experience in Digital Marketing Sales / IT Sales and international business development.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling international clients, lead generation, proposals, negotiations, follow-ups, and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through Upwork and other international platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential international clients.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with international clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable solutions.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline and CRM/database.




- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in International Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork or similar international freelancing/business platforms preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing / IT services.
- Ability to generate leads, create proposals, and independently manage the sales cycle.
- Comfortable working in a US/International shift.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
