We are looking for someone with 1-3

years of relevant experience

, preferably from the influencer marketing / creator economy ecosystem, who already has a robust understanding of the industry and a relevant network.

Key Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Economy or Digital Marketing.

- Robust understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem

, including creators, talent managers, agencies and brands.

- Should have existing relationships / connections with brands, agencies and marketing professionals

.

- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and independently drive leads from prospecting to closure.

- Good understanding of influencer campaigns, creator selection, commercials, campaign deliverables and negotiations.

- Strong communication, pitching and negotiation skills.

- Should be commercially driven, proactive and comfortable working against business targets.

- Preference for candidates who have worked on brand-side sales, influencer marketing sales or creator/talent partnerships
