Position: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the confidence to engage with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

✔Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

✔Understand client requirements and propose suitable software and digital marketing solutions.

✔Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.

✔Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

✔Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

✔Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM.

✔Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.





Required Skills:

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Basic knowledge of Websites, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Software Services

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset

✔ Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision-makers

✔ Good presentation and relationship-building abilities

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in Website Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.

Salary Package:

₹20k - 25k per month

Qualification:

Any Bachelor's Degree

MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory
