CIKITSA INDIA is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth, build partnerships, and develop new opportunities within the healthcare and medical tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, healthcare partners, agents, and referral networks.
- Generate and follow up on potential business leads.
- Coordinate with healthcare partners for patient referrals and collaborations.
- Support international patient acquisition and medical tourism initiatives.
- Conduct regular calls, meetings, and presentations with potential partners.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, partners, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate and support partnership/tie-up discussions.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversions.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads,



meetings, partnerships, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Medical Tourism, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling calls, meetings, and business presentations.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead management is an advantage.
- Candidates with existing connections in hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, or medical tourism networks will be preferred.
