About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client communication, and business growth in the IT Services and Software Products industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software products.

- Identify and research potential clients in domestic and international markets.

- Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.

- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on business opportunities.

- Update CRM with lead details, sales activities, and pipeline status.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential customers.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, or any graduate.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

- Basic knowledge of IT services, software, or SaaS is an added advantage.

- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with MS Office and LinkedIn for professional outreach.

- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and achieve targets.

Preferred

- Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (preferred, not mandatory).
