Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business leads through calls, messages, networking, and other channels.

- Contact potential clients and explain the company’s products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results.
