A Business Development Executive/Manager for corporate gifting B2B sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients, building long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, admin, marketing, procurement), and providing customized gifting solutions. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify and on board current corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and high client retention rates.

- Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present customized gifting proposals (e.g., festive hampers, employee recognition gifts, event giveaways) that align with the client's budget and brand image.





- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal creation, negotiation, closing deals, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

- Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (product development, design, production, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of bulk and custom orders.

- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market feedback to the leadership team.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
