Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Business Development Executive at Afterconcept.

The Business Development

Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building a qualified pipeline, and supporting the leadership team in converting opportunities into projects. The role involves prospecting through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, researching target companies, crafting outreach messages, and scheduling introductory calls.

Executive will also assist in preparing proposals and presentations as and when needed.

Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
- Hands on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is must
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles, especially in design or technology services




- Self starter who can work independently without constant direction

CTC

₹4,00,000 to ₹5,50,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
