BrightCHAMPS is a pioneering global ed-tech platform equipping students aged 6 to 16 across more than 25 countries with vital next-generation competencies, including coding, financial literacy, communication, and robotics. To support our continued international expansion, we are seeking results-driven, articulate professionals to drive client acquisition and engagement within the United States market.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Engagement: Initiate and manage communications with US-based prospective clients via outbound and inbound telephone calls, digital messaging channels, email correspondence, and virtual video consultations.

✅ Consultative Selling: Analyze individual student profiles and learning requirements to recommend tailored educational pathways and curricula.

✅ Pipeline Management: Drive the sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to conversion, effectively addressing client inquiries and articulating the unique value proposition of our offerings.

✅ CRM & Target Execution:



Maintain disciplined follow-up protocols utilizing CRM systems to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with academic and operations teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for newly enrolled students.

✅ Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

✅ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the professional acumen required to build rapport with an international clientele.

✅ Ambition: Highly motivated, target-oriented professionals or ambitious graduates eager to accelerate their careers in global education technology sales.

? Position Logistics

✅ Work Model: On-site (Work From Office) at HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

✅ Shift Timings: US Night Shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST).

✅ Work Week: Six-day schedule, including Saturdays and Sundays, with a designated weekday off.

✅ Infrastructure: Candidates must possess a personal laptop in positive working condition.
